FanAra is the system integrator of Rightel contact center with the aid of its partner company TelC. As it can be seen in the topology a complicated integration is needed in order to run the system and we have truly utilized our expertise in integration in Rightel contact Centre project.
Project Subject: Ethernet Over TDM
Project Description:
Since Rightel network is based on pure IP/Ethernet communication and TIC (Telecommunication Infrastructure company of Iran) is still using TDM-Based network, Rightel was obliged to convert the TDM to Ethernet for the interconnection of the sites. FanAra has deployed the project in Boushehr province as it can be seen in the below figures. Fiberhome products are being used in this project.
